“I’ve been a customer for 20 years,” says Luciano Del Signore, owner of Bacco Ristorante in Southfield, Michigan. “Most recently, I’ve gotten wine racks from Lockwood. I saw one of their wine rack systems when it was still just a prototype. They’re wonderful racks—they hold the most bottles in the smallest space possible. I have a custom space with higher ceilings. Their prototype was 12 shelves high. I wanted a rack 16 shelves high. It wasn’t a problem. They made a customized wine rack very quickly for me.”
