According to Tradeshow Week, The World Tea Expo is up and coming too. They named the event one of the “Fastest 50 Growing Shows in the U.S.,” which, “is testimony to the exploding growth of the industry,” says Jage.

International companies exhibiting include: The Kenya Export Promotion Council, Himalayan Tea Producers, the Tea Board of India, the Sri Lanka Tea Board, and several Chinese vendors.

Focused educational tracks such as Hot Topics and Sales & Marketing, among others, will guide attendees through the intricacies of the world of tea. Presenters include Brian Keating of Mintel, editors from Beverage Spectrumand Progressive Grocer, and Mike Ferguson of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.

Highlights are keynote speaker and “Today Show” regular, Phil Lempert, a grand Opening Night Reception, the Iced Tea Shake Off, and Cooking with Tea presentations.
