Durable, Stylish Banquet Chairs » Comfortably Meeting Expectations
Marriott International spent numerous hours searching for the best banquet chair
for their needs, and it resulted in their purchase of 4,000 MTS Seating aluminum
chairs for their Orlando World Center Marriott.
Marriott tested a number of top chair manufacturers products when deciding on
the ideal chair for their banquet service. They decided “the MTS Seating chair was
the most attractive, durable chair with the best locking system we found, all for a
great price,” according to Antonio Alicea, Director of Event Management, Orlando
World Center Marriott.
The Orlando World Center Marriott has been using these banquet
chairs for over two years. Alicea noted that their durability and quality
has withstood the harsh beatings that chairs so often endure in the
banquet setting. He notes compliments from guests regarding the
comfort and style of the chairs, and his staff has been very pleased
with their manageability.
“The fact that the chairs are so lightweight yet durable has been a
blessing for our staff. And MTS Seating’s ability to meet the highest
standards in locking systems for storage has also been ideal,” he
states.
The Orlando World Center Marriott is currently undergoing an expansion of their
banquet and meeting facilities, with an additional 500,000 square feet to be added to
existing space. When complete, they plan on ordering more than 10,000 additional chairs for the space.—CS
