Executive Chef Klaus Mueller of Miami’s Eden Roc Resort &
Spa has just enough time to impress his discriminating
clientele. Dedicated to uncompromising service 24/7 if need
be, Mueller exclaims, “Our guests are very demanding and
expect the best. Swiss Chalet makes our life a lot easier.”
“Guests can taste the difference,” Chef Mueller insists.
“Where do I begin,” he touts, noting the multiple day-part
applications of Swiss Chalet Fine Foods. “For breakfast we
have their beautiful marmalades. At lunch we use Swiss
Chalet’s natural soup bases. Desserts feature the finest Swiss
chocolates. Their pastas and sauces; even the craziest chef
can cook them. They’re just a first-class operation.”
What seems to impress Chef Mueller most is Swiss
Chalet’s commitment to total excellence. “I’ve been a
customer for 24 years,” reports Mueller. “The products have
no MSG. Swiss Chalet is an important part (of Eden Roc’s
foodservice). It’s hard to find a great quality-driven company,
where the people are so nice.”
For the discriminating F&Ber, Swiss Chalet Fine Foods
appears to have everything from soup to nuts, or in the case of
Chef Mueller and many top culinarians, soup (bases) to
silky-smooth Dark Gianduja with Hazelnuts.—WD
