Therefore, consistency is no longer an issue or challenge. There are no more cooks in the kitchen guessing how to cook something; the cooking center takes care of that.”

Chef Zouhbi has been so pleased with the accuracy, cost-savings, and increased productivity that he is currently in the process of changing out all of his conventional ovens and steamers for Rational self-cooking centers.—CS
