Chef Zouhbi is impressed with numerous aspects

and very sophisticated, and, if necessary, they can be
easily adapted or changed to virtually any food product or
operation. Therefore, consistency is no longer an issue
or challenge. There are no more cooks in the kitchen

Chef Zouhbi has been so pleased with the accuracy,
cost-savings, and increased productivity that he is
currently in the process of changing out all of his
conventional ovens and steamers for Rational
