“We opened in 1999 with a complete Cres Cor package. Those original units are still on the floor, three meals a day,” Welch says, adding that “in peak months we have four thousand to eight thousand covers every day – all of which have to live up to the expectations of The Venetian, and Cres Cor delivers. We’ve served two hundred turkeys at once, and whatever we’ve needed from Cres Cor, they’re on the spot with the right product.”
