You've always got guacamole whenever J.R. Simplot's Pure Avocados line of

Rick Trujillo, F&B director, Angel Fire Resort, Angel
Fire, New Mexico, uses J.R. Simplot's easy prep, prepared
avocados and avocado products because of their
cost-savings, consistency, availability and flexibility.
"Simplot's Avocados and Avocado products foster
cost savings in all avenues without losing anything in
taste," shares Trujillo, who uses the Avocados line in
the Tex-Mex restaurant, country club and other outlets.
"They require no peeling or chopping and produce no
waste, thus saving labor. The products have a long
shelf-life, eliminating avocado price fluctuations and
availability concerns. Because the end product has a
more consistent flavor and texture, returning guests
can count on a quality product."
Mike Fein, director of marketing for the Avocado
Group at J.R. Simplot, says the company strives to
create new products for operators like their pre-made
and easy-prep guacamoles that increase value and
convenience and decrease labor.
"We're always looking at a new family of products
to do that," Fein says.

Especial," which Fein describes "as close as it comes
