Montague high volume ovens and hotel cooking ranges Montague Company's top-of-the-line, custom hotel ovens perform on cue, shares Bryan Dillon, executive chef of Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is scheduled to open in April 2006 with 15 on-site kitchens.

Because some kitchens like roomservice and the employee or Team Dining Room never close, the heavy duty, 24/7 ranges and ovens remain on continuously.

"The casino hotel business is tough on cooking equipment because of the volume of work. We prepare 8,000 to 10,000 meals a day," says Dillon. "Montague incredibly durable cooking systems outlast others by 2-1/2 to 3 times, so I save with a low buying cost and high labor saving of the cooking system.
