Kenny Mack, director of sales for Michael Aram Inc., invited Hotel F&B Executive to their North
American headquarters in North Bergen, New Jersey to view some
of the elegant and upscale hotel serving pieces produced for the
Wynn Las Vegas.
"For Wynn, we
changed the look and
gauge of the metals
for pieces to be special,
and we hammered
many pieces, such as the
bronze and silver water pitcher
and poppy cocktail trays."
Adding to the distinctiveness of the
Wynn's servingware pieces was
a custom silver-plated log to hold
attractive cocktail picks.
Aram worked well with the Wynn, supplying numerous drawings for customized hotel
service pieces until the products were just right.
Michael Aram, Inc. employs 300 India-based artisans who create handmade hotel tableware
and buffet decor pieces. According to Mack, "the thumbprint of the artisan is on every
piece. No piece is exactly the same because they are handmade."
This fall, Michael Aram unveils their new hotel tableware and buffetware designs in their
Coral Reef Collection of Red Lacquered Aluminum with Brushed Highlights & Stainless
