American Pan uses DuraShield™ non-stick pans, with a coating touted to provide thousands of releases without recoating, especially effective for high-volume bun and frozen dough operations. The company also offers AmeriCoat™ silicone-glazed pans, with a release coating which claims to increase releases 20 to 100 percent on standard bun pans and reduces the cost of oil up to 50 percent on bread and cake pans.
