shapes that sold Senior F&B Director Nassy Saidian on 10

"Their colors and shapes caught my eye," Saidian recalls. "It was

Since Saidian's initial order in April 2004, he says he has ordered
several more times.

and good for all kinds of foods.
"The shapes are more contemporary, and the
colors are up-and-coming. They fit what we are
looking for and what our customers are looking
for," Saidian adds.
In fact, this hotel dinnerware is such a hit
with Hyatt Regency Dallas' guests that they
often inquire about how to purchase it.
Saidian uses 10 Strawberry Street for V.I.P.
functions, including banquets, roomservice, and
restaurants. The innovative tabletop designs in
his collection include plates, component plates,
three-tier presentation platters, and assorted-colored
bowls.
